I have been using the same cleaner since 1997when we moved into our property in Rodney street. Just before christmas 2010, with no notice, she told us that she didnt think she was fit to work anymore, as she was struggling withthe stairs and her health in general.

I approached Cleaning Master and in a matter of hours you attended our premises to access the work required. As promised an estimate arrived within 24 hours, which totally covered our requirements. Having agreed a daily charge you brought Maria to the premises so she could see the job that she was to undertake on a daily basis. She was able to start the following Monday and i think from start to finish we were only without a cleaner for one week.

Since Maria started  her work, the cleanliness of our premises has improved beyond recognition.Maria attends the office every evening and has a smile and a welcome for everybody and gets on with her work without disturbing any of us. Quite oftern myself and my partners are here while Maria is cleaning and she has to return to our rooms to empty the bins, hoover and clean after we have left . She does this without any hesitation, even though she may well have already cleaned all the rest of the offices on that floor.

The office keeps me informed of any changes in schedule or if the supervisor is to visit to ensure the job is being done correctly.

Chargepoint Technology have been using the cleaning services offered by Cleaning Master for over a year now and
have found the service to be both reliable and of the highest quality.

We utilise their services to maintain our office areas, canteen and toilet facilities in two individual business units.

Shortly after our initial contact we met with a representative on site to ascertain our needs, with a thorough understanding of our specific needs clearly recognised. Having previously employed dedicated cleaners we already had the required procedures
and our own suppliers of cleaning materials and Cleaning Master were able to offer a service within our current agreements. There was no ‘hard sell’ to try to purchase their own consumable items, however the option was available and clearly priced had we wanted to.

There have been no breaks in the service level and we are delighted with our dedicated cleaner. It is refreshing to have an individual rather than a ‘random cleaner’ as we have built up an excellent relationship with Lynda and we are able to liaise directly with her if we have any specific requirements.

Since employing Cleaning Master we have opened a new unit on the same estate. Amending our service level requirements was very simple and in place within a day.

We have had no issues over the past 12 months and would highly recommend Cleaning Masters services to anybody.
