Yes. Cleaning supplies are included by default. This ensures cleaner uses the product to give you satisfactory cleaning service as different house conditions are different.

If you cancel the service after making an advance payment then 10% of the total invoice will be charged as a cancellation fee.
No. There are no hidden charges.

You need to give us 24 hours notice and the appointment will be changed to the new requested time and date subject to the team’s availability.
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by calling us.
Yes. Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

Yes, we provide cleaning supplies- however, if the client requests the special material then extra charges apply.
We offer a range of services from one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the front page and clicking on the “Services” button halfway down the page.
We always send a minimum of 2 Cleaners to your home, however, if it’s a post-construction clean, we will send a team based on property size and level of cleaning required.
Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks, and in-person interviews.
No. We don’t move furniture around because that adds extra time to the cleaning process and we don’t want to charge for that time to the client.
No. NO. we don’t do dishwashing and laundry. Being a cleaning company we only focus on cleaning.
